This initiative will begin next week Tuesday / Wednesday at 6:00pm, and run through the summer and early fall, every Tuesday and Wednesday evening, except for periods where other Club initiatives / Tournaments are being held.  

Participants will play once per week either Tuesday or Wednesday, and will be required each and every week to affirm their availability for the following week.  An email will be sent each week on Thursday soliciting availability for the following week's Ladders play.  If you plan to play, you must reply to that email identifying which day you are available (Tuesday, Wednesday, Either). 

On Sunday afternoon, the schedule / pairings for the following week will be sent out with pairings to include four members of similar skill levels based on availability.  Matches will consist of three sets with pairings changing each set.    

Scoring (# of games won) will be kept only for the purposes of matching members with members of similar skill and ability, with no publication of standings or ranking planned.
